You can unsubscribe from Plant Club whenever you like, but you will lose access to your Jungle Book and the Green Room.

Our perishable products, particulary flowers and plants can only be returned if found to be faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Due to the nature of our business, you are advised to make any complaint within 2 working days of the delivery date of your products.

Changes to your order along with cancellations are possible up to 48h before delivery, although at peak periods we process orders up to 4 days in advance. We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes if still held at Cosmos HQ, so please email lionne@cosmosplantclub.com.
